Senior Outreach Services (SOS) has expanded its programmatic/service offerings to facilitate a full complement of senior services.

SOS programs include Homemaker, Personal Care, Chore and on site Adult Day Care services. Auxiliary services are comprised of the Elder Prescription Insurance Coverage (EPIC), St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital and World Medical Relief Prescription Drug Program, Food and Friendship (2 sites), monthly Focus Hope deliveries and an active Widows Club.

Senior Outreach also has an In Home Adult Day Care Program that provides daytime respite, therapeutic activities and counseling service for the client and caregivers. It is a much needed service for the community and their families in an effort to help them maintain strong, positive support during these difficult times.
